We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise with original attached tags and original receipt. We'll send you another color, a new size or an entirely different style.

How Do I Make an Exchange or Refund? You do not need to Email us , all what you need to do is to follow the instruction bellow:

We will grant you a full refund minus shipping & handling & 15% restocking fees for returns received within 10 days of arrival of your package. Or you could be granted a full exchange minus shipping & handling fee that will be deducted from total. You can send your return to:

Place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice or store receipt, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address provided to you in the contact page. All merchandise purchased with a promotional discount will be refunded for the price paid minus shipping and 15% restocking fee. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.


What if I lost my receipt?

You can always go back to your account, log in and print your receipt. Feel free to give us a call to assist you in this matter. If you still return your items without a receipt, we will issue a merchandise exchange for the sales selling price value minus shipping & handling fees.

  • A full refund in the original form of payment will be issued for unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise with original tags attached to it minus shipping & handling & 15% restocking fees.
  • Please note that all partial returns are exchange only and the refund will be placed on Damaceen customer's account. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the credit to appear on your account and you will be in fomed by email once we do so.
  • Please note that all full purchase returns will be refunded and will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
  • customer is responsible for all shipping & handling costs.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return for a package not properly sealed.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item has visible stains or odors, this includes perfume odors.
  • We do not refund for garments with tassels, beads or ornamented items once they have been worn and they come off.
  • There are no refunds/exchanges for under scarf, posters, pillow covers, hijab pins and some items not mentioned.
  • All clearance items can not be refunded or exchanged. All sales are final.
  • We are not responsible for USPS leaving packages outside your home. The deliverer may choose to leave your package at your door. Items are not insured unless you do so yourself. Therefore, we do not refund/or send a replacement for items left at your door or lost. Please contact your post office.
